How can you improve Supply Chain collaboration?

Start by sharing the right data, not by adding more meetings. Give partners a real-time view of demand, inventory and capacity, ideally in one shared system rather than exchanged files. Agree on a common forecast and a process for updating it (this is what CPFR formalizes). Reduce onboarding friction so partners actually adopt the tool. And move from sharing what happened to sharing what to do, using alerts and recommendations so both sides act on the same signals.

Technology helps, but it works only alongside the trust and habits that make partners willing to plan openly.
