Role: Senior Presales / Solution Engineer
Location: Paris, hybrid. Lyon or Bordeaux possible. Expect 20 to 30% travel to customer sites.
Package: up to 120k€ OTE, BSPCE and a full benefits package.
We are hiring our first presales. From 2027, no deal will be signed without going through their hands.
Supply Chain planning is one of the last strongholds of Excel and 2000s era software.
In most factories, the planner opens a spreadsheet on Monday morning, patches it onto an ERP installed twenty years ago and makes the calls on instinct. Globally, this improvisation costs around 2,000 billion euros a year. Flowlity builds the agents that do that work instead.
We are a team of 22, growing 60% a year, and our customers include Saint-Gobain, Sport 2000, Jouéclub and Plum Living, which cut its inventory by 38% thanks to our solution.
At Flowlity, a deal is basically won or lost in a single moment: the demo, the scoping workshop, the technical defence. That is where it plays out, and you are the one leading it.
Concretely, you prepare those meetings with the sales team, you build a Flowlity environment with the prospect's own data and vocabulary in a matter of days, and you hold the conversation in front of a planner who knows exactly what they are talking about.
You carry the technical and functional credibility of the deal, from discovery to signature. And when an objection comes back one time too many, you are the one who takes it to product, with the amount of ARR it is blocking.
This is not about running through demos. Until now, JB, our CEO, has held this role on the deals that matter: there is a method that works, yours to take over and then make your own.
Everything else is still to be built, with the freedom that comes with it: the datasets, the demo scripts, the RFP answers, the tools that save time for the Sales and Delivery teams.
A word on the playing field: large accounts, six figure ARR contracts, six to nine month cycles. Four sales reps, so four pipelines to cover. You will be on every deal that counts. You report directly to Jean-Baptiste, CEO and co-founder, a former presales himself. He will be there when you need him and will let you work the rest of the time.
You will be on your own on the subject at first: that is what a first hire means.
Four steps, and we move fast.
If you have ever been the person pulled from the back of the room the moment the planner starts asking the real questions, you know exactly what this is about.
