You’ll step into real ownership from day one, selling an AI-powered supply chain platform that’s scaling fast (+40% YoY growth, €1M+ ARR).

This is the kind of role that transforms your CV — not just fills it.

What you’ll actually do

  • Own the full sales cycle from the first cold call to the signed deal. You’ll pick up the phone a lot. You know this is how positive momentum is created.
  • Conquer the mid market, building your pipeline from scratch (~€300k ARR target) taking pride in making it real.
  • Run sharp discovery, compelling demos and confident negotiations with C-level decision-makers. You sell with substance, using a value based approach.
  • Leverage real success stories from clients (30+) like Saint-Gobain and Danone. Win credibility in complex and consultative deals (~6-9 months).
  • Work autonomously, with direct access to founders and a supportive sales team that wants you to win. Bring ideas, bring tools and claim your seat at the table.

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience and atleast one year closing deals. (Long sales cycles don’t scare you).
  • SaaS experience is a strong plus but sales DNA and mindset matter more than logos on your CV
  • Very happy to pick up the phone (maybe you even enjoy it.) You prioritise moving the needle, every day.
  • You’re ambitious, competitive, resilient and curious – driven by outcomes and hungry to learn.
  • You want to commit to a start up journey, help build the business and grow alongside the team.
  • Fluent in English and French
