Product Designer UX/UI

Context

At Flowlity, we are building the most ambitious supply chain planning AI solution on the market. Supply chain planning is stuck in the past, facing intricate challenges that cost the global economy over €2000bn+ every year due to poor inventory management. Our SaaS platform leverages machine learning and optimization to deliver real-time stock optimization and replenishment — and we need someone to make it all feel effortless.

We are looking for our first Product Designer — a founding design voice who will own the design discipline end-to-end, set the foundations, and raise the bar for everything our users see and touch.

Mission

Reporting to the CTO, you will be the go-to person for all things design at Flowlity. You won't just push pixels — you'll shape how our product feels, how our brand communicates, and how our users succeed. You'll work hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, marketing, and customers to turn complex supply chain workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.

Flowlity is a remote-first company, with offices in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Valencia, and Lisbon as meeting points.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the design foundation: Build and maintain our design system in Figma. Set up scalable components, patterns, and guidelines that the entire team can rely on.
  • Simplify the complex: Flowlity is a powerful B2B tool with dashboards, data tables, and advanced planning workflows. Your job is to make them accessible, clear, and delightful — always with a "keep it simple" mindset.
  • Design for product: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features. Collaborate daily with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Design for marketing: Produce visuals for release notes, newsletters, product rollouts, and other communication materials. Partner with the marketing team to keep our visual identity sharp and consistent.
  • Talk to users: You have a strong product mindset. You proactively join customer calls, run user research sessions, and use real feedback to inform your design decisions.
  • Bridge teams: Work closely with developers to hand off designs cleanly, and with marketing and sales to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Champion design culture: Promote design thinking across the company — run critiques, share insights, and help non-designers make better visual decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS — bonus points for complex, data-heavy applications (dashboards, ERP, planning tools).
  • Figma expert: You live in Figma. You know how to build and scale a design system, create interactive prototypes, and organize files that developers love to consume.
  • Simplicity obsession: You instinctively strip away complexity. You can take a dense, technical interface and make it feel obvious.
  • Product mindset: You care about why you're designing something, not just how it looks. You understand business goals, user pain points, and you measure success by adoption, not aesthetics alone.
  • Cross-functional communicator: You're comfortable presenting to stakeholders, pairing with engineers, and brainstorming with marketers. You adapt your language to your audience.
  • Versatile creator: Beyond UI, you can produce compelling visuals for marketing — release notes, newsletters, social assets. You have a good eye for brand consistency.
  • Autonomous & collaborative: You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. You take ownership, move fast, ask for feedback early, and iterate quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience working directly with end users in a B2B context, or a background in front-end development.

What we offer

  • Impact: You'll be the first designer — your work will define how Flowlity looks and feels for years to come.
  • Growth: Work directly with the C-level team (CTO & CEO) and shape the design culture from the ground up.
  • Benefits: Attractive salary + Equity (BSPCE), offices in the center of Paris/Lyon/Bordeaux/Valencia/Lisbon (hybrid work policy), Alan Health package, Swile meal vouchers, and 2 team retreats a year in secret locations!

Recruitment process

We move fast.

  1. 30 min Call with the CTO: Fit check, vision alignment, and design sensibility.
  2. Portfolio Review & Case Study (1h30): Walk us through your best work, then tackle a concrete design challenge with the team.
  3. 30 min Validation: Feedback and offer.

Location: Remote-first (Paris/Valencia preferred, or Lyon/Bordeaux/Lisbon) with occasional travel for team meetups.
