Optimize inventories to prevent food waste

The collaboration begins in January 2020 with the project “AI Factory For AgriFood”, sponsored by Microsoft and Danone.

The main goal of the program was to meet many challenges related to agriculture, logistics, and the agri-food supply chain, such as waste reduction.

Since then, Flowlity has been helping Danone with its inventory optimization:

1. Optimisation of raw materials and packaging stocks
2. Improvement of their consumption forecasts
3. Reduction of 28% to 40% in inventory with a simulation of one year
