How does material planning work in Flowlity?

In Flowlity, material replenishment planning takes place within the Planning environment. Demand forecasts generated by the platform are transformed into supply actions by calculating projected stock levels and recommended orders over time.

Planners can visualize inventory trajectories, reorder points and supply orders within a single interface. The system supports both Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order strategies and uses Flowlity's optimization engine to dynamically compute inventory policies.

When planners adjust an order recommendation, the projected stock curve updates immediately, allowing teams to simulate alternative decisions and understand their impact before validating the final plan.
